If you don't usually dance, I promise you will once you come here! They have great live music and the drinks are fun and inexpensive. I have yet to try the food but my guests and I always have a great time at Muchacho Alegre. They usually have private parties going on too in a really cute dining space there.

Went here for my birthday and loved it! Everything was amazing, the only downside is that some of the servers are bilingual, so communication may be hard. The service was great and food was sooo amazing!!

My family and I actually came here on accident. Of course, Mother's Day snook up on us and we didn't have any dinner reservations. We called Muchacho Alegre and they told us a 20 minute wait. Sounded good to us. We all met up at the restaurant and understandably so, it was pretty crowded. We ended up waiting close to 40 minutes for a party of 4. Once we were finally seated it was pretty much smooth sailing from there. They brought complimentary Hard shell tortillas and 2 sauces, one was good and one was way too hot. Their drinks are incredible. I ordered the strawberry frozen margarita and it was really good. The cups were huge and they put these little cute balls inside that light up. It was different but cool, they also have delicious pina-coladas (which is one of my favorite alcoholic beverages" I ordered the torta, my mom and brother ordered the Cajun pasta, and my other brother ordered the fish tacos. If you don't do anything else, do yourself a favor and order the Cajun pasta. It is absolutely delicious. My brother also really enjoyed his fish tacos. I unfortunately did not enjoy my torta. I found the meat to be dry and chewy. However, everyone else's food seemed to be great. I would 100% go back again and try more things on their menu. Overall, I'm happy this place was available in my time of need. It was essentially the only restaurant that had room for us on a busy Mother's Day. If you're in the area this restaurant is definitely a solid choice!

We enjoyed the food very much. I had salmon tacos, and my husband had the seafood stuffed coconut. Both were delicious!
